I am not an in network provider with any insurance panels at this time.  
   If you have an insurance plan that includes coverage for out-of-network providers, I am happy to supply you with monthly invoices (superbills) that you can submit for reimbursement (typically this covers a good percentage of my fee).  You may also use any Health Care Savings Account (HSA's) as payment.  Check with your plan directly to verify your coverage. You may be asked for the CPT code in order to verify reimbursement rate; the CPT code for an initial session is 90791 and the CPT code for follow up 60-minute individual sessions is 90837.

Payment may be made by keeping a credit card on file, Zelle (sumeraeed@icloud.com) or Venmo (@Sumer-Aeed).
